KOSCH BALEHANDLER

The Kosch Balehandler is offered as either a 6-bale or 8-bale hauling unit. The Balehandler can be used to gather, accumulate, transport, and unload round bales from the hay field. It can also be used to retrieve the round bales at a later time and transport the baled hay to a feeding location. The heavy-duty conveyor chain is designed to be gentle with net wrapped bales but can retrieve bales that are frozen to the ground or have deteriorated from long-term weather exposure. This unit is equipped with a heavy-duty straight pick up arm that will withstand any loading conditions. It can be supplied with a winged quarter turn arm that will retrieve bales by operating the balehandler in the same direction that the baler worked the field. All operations are accomplished with hydraulic control levers from the seat of your tractor. Additional floatation is achieved by providing 8 tires in place of 4 tires.

KOSCH HAYMASTER TRAIL MOWER

Pitmanless Bar Mowers

The Kosch Company offers four models of the Haymaster pitmanless sickle bar mower. The HM7 is a single bar trail mower with a 7-foot sickle bar. The HM9 is a single bar trail mower with a 9-foot sickle bar. The HM3P7 and HM3P9 are 3-point mounted mowers with a 7-foot and 9-foot sickle bar respectfully. The pitmanless drive gives extended maintenance free field hours. Down time and maintenance costs are reduced by the reduction in the number of moving parts. Cutting knives are available with top serrated or under serrated sections. The Haymaster is equipped with the SCH Pro-Drive Knife Drive. This drive has absolute linear knifehead movement with no loss of stroke and is nearly maintenance free. The drive runs quiet because all moving parts are always in rotation.

KOSCH TRAILBLAZER HYDRO

The Kosch Company offers two models of the Trailblazer Hydro pitman less double bar mower. The MDP.HYD.16 has a 9-foot front sickle bar with a trailing 7-foot sickle bar. The MDP.HYD.18 has two 9-foot bars. These units are engineered and manufactured to perform in rough uneven terrain that is common in native grass hay producing areas. The pitman less design gives extended maintenance-free field hours. Down time and maintenance costs are reduced by reduction in the number of moving parts. Rear bar vision is unobstructed with no cross over drive systems. The dual hydraulic pump provides hydraulic power to each sickle bar. All PTO shafts have been eliminated. Heat build-up has been kept to a minimum with the use of a hydraulic cooler provided with each machine. Cutting knives are available with top serrated or under serrated sections to meet your cutting requirements. The heart of the Trailblazer Hydro is the Sch Pro-Drive Knife Drive.
